What is Kundalini? 

Kundalini is POWERFUL, Transformational & Healing Yoga.

A regular practice of Kundalini balance and strengthen the immune system & nervous systems, as well as stimulating our source of self-healing systems. Psychologically, it regenerates & rewires the Mind, relieves stress, refocuses & centers. Emotionally, it frees stuck unprocessed emotions, and memories.
It often is a strong energetic experience, allowing to heal and expand a pure meditative state and feel what is the energy body.
It ultimately allows each, to reach & connect on a deeper level to the inner wisdom & personal potential.


Kundalini Yoga uses specific practices: like cleansing practices for the body & mind, emotional and energetic bodies (kriyas) ; breath control (pranayama), breathwork & rebirth, active meditations & focus, naad (mantras, gong bath…) relaxation & venus kriya (duo white tantric practices).

>>> After 12 years of teachings, Carol serves as a Mentor for the trainings programs. Carol teaches traditional Kundalini Yoga of Yogi Bhajan, along with Naad Yoga from Sikh tradition, Rebirth,implemented with many healing shamanic self-initations.

What is Jivamukti?

Jivamukti Yoga is an Ashtanga based Yoga, built into a smart
DYNAMIC Viynasa class. It is one of 9 internationally recognized styles of Hatha Yoga. It was created by Sharon Gannon, Tripura Sundari and David Life, through the blessings of their teachers, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati, Shri Swami Nirmalananda & Shri K. Pattabhi Jois,

>>> A Jivamukti Yoga class involves an ever changing flow of postures (vinyasa), linked into a sequence paced on a continuous steady breath (Ujjayi), along with the way of sacred music (Nada), Yogic Scripture Philosophy (shastra), Meditation or witnessing (dhyanam), the way of compassion (Ahimsa), Spirit of devotion (Bhakti)

 

Each month teaches a special focus, a theme based on ancient yogic wisdom. The THEME of the MONTH is a chance to dive deeper in a specific subject, and understand how to practically apply yogic wisdom in day to day life.
